We undertake the turnkey jobs of a particular project in association with our associates. This may include logistics, customs clearances, licensing, Duty benefit schemes (like EPCG, Advance Authorisation, Duty Drawback, others), and related requirements. This integrated handling helps the client in interacting with only one agency, and a much better planning, documentation sequencing and utilization of benefits, and helps in substantial cost reductions. We can take the jobs on turnkey basis or part of the total jobs, as per the comfort of the clients. Our services relate to –

  • Physical export: for Physical Import & Export: Duty Exemption Schemes like ADVANCE AUTHORISATION, DFIA, EPCG: for Manufacturers, Service providers etc, Promotional Schemes like Serve from India, Focus Product, Focus Market, VKGUY, MEIS, SEIS, Status Holder Certificate etc.
  • Service exports: Identify the benefits under EPCG, SFIS scheme etc. for Service Exports.
  • Deemed exports: Duty Drawback and Refund Of ‘T.E.D.’ For supplies to EOU'S, WB /ADB / JBIC funded Projects, Power Projects, to holders of EPCG Authorizations/ Advance Authorizations etc.
  • Duty drawback: Duty Drawback FOR Physical Exports.
    Norms fixations and ratification, DEPB rate fixation, Adjudication Matters, All other matters related to Foreign Trade Policy.
    Planning, documentation and representation for refund of SAD for import Traders.
    Planning, documentation and representation for refund of Service Tax, Other refunds and related matters.

Initial requirements for setting or formation
or expansion of the company, firm and those who are
new into the field of Import Export –

  • IEC: - Import Export License, to start the import or export.
  • RCMC: - Registration Cum Membership Certificate from various export promotion council. (EEPC India, APEDA, FIEO etc.) And Registrations with ROC, Sales Tax, Excise etc. wherever needed for our clients.

Besides the above we arrange Digital Signature Certificate/USB Token which is required to file the application at DGFT online. We also assist in sale / purchase of DEPB, DFIA, FMS, FPS, VKGUY Licenses.
